Do electron itself have mass?

An electron has a mass that is approximately 1/1836 that of the proton. The mass of an electron is 9.10938291 ×10−31 kg or 0.510998928 MeV/c2.

An electron does not consist of proton and neutron but the Nucleus of an atom consists of proton and neutron rather they revolve around the nucleus in orbits.
